Prologue and Costume Manor Walkthrough

1. Take the Data Diver and leave the van

Pick up the beige Data Diver case on the left side of Arnold's van. Open the rear door by holding the grab control and pulling the handle downward. Walk to Costume Manor's main entrance and press the red intercom button. The recording redirects you to a side entrance.

2. Open the construction gate

Turn right from the main entrance and approach the gate beside the purple mascot sign. Grab the center bolt, lift it, and move it to the right. Follow the gate into the construction area.

Head toward the back-left corner. A flickering light marks the route through the scaffolding. Crawl through the debris tunnel, follow the raised walkway, drop into the fenced section, and use the hole in the fence to reach the side doors.

3. Finish the Welcome Show introduction

Enter the theater and stand on the large sundial in the middle. The Welcome Show begins and then fails when the power surges. Walk up the stairs, move onto the stage, and turn the crank beside the octopus animatronic to clear the path behind it.

Continue downstairs to the locked door. Insert the Data Diver into the lock showing the square Basic-clearance symbol and rotate it left. In the next corridor, note the Security-clearance door leading to the generator; you cannot open it yet.

4. Finish the Prologue

• The next objective is the Security Office and the Manager's Office route.
• Leave the Welcome Show through the Basic-clearance door and follow the objective marker to the corridor outside the power room.
• Continue with the Finding the Manager's Office walkthrough.
