Minor Characters

Coffee

Coffee is the main protagonist of The Desolate Room and The Desolate Hope, two games made by Scott before FNaF. He's designed to be a simple coffee pot with a set of arms and legs, as well as two yellow eyes and a large antenna.

He has a small chance of appearing in the Prize Counter by the wall or on the desk in the Five Nights at Freddy's 3 (Challenge).

Paperpals

The Paperpals are reoccurring background props that serve as easter eggs and as a playable character in FNaF World. Each Paperpal is designed to look like a different character, being a purple Bonnie, a brown Freddy and the last one vaguely resembles Balloon Boy. In VR however, the Bonnie and Freddy ones have been turned completely black, the Freddy one no longer has a hat and the Balloon Boy one's colors are much duller. They appear in the FNaF 2 (Challenge) on the Party Room 4 camera.

The Paperpals make a few more notable appearances in Security Breach, RUIN, and Help Wanted 2, with them being background props in various locations in the Pizzaplex, such as Bonnie Bowl's ice cream parlor, or being a decoration prize in Help Wanted 2.

Twisted Wolf

Twisted Wolf is one of the various Twisted Animatronics from the novel Five Nights at Freddy's: The Twisted Ones. He is a large wolf character with half of him is animatronic and the other half is organic. His organic half holds a large white mane, while his animatronic half is damaged and withered, with small blue particles coming off it.

He appears in VR's Curse of Dreadbear DLC as a character on a poster. The poster originated as a background prop in the scrap animatronic's in Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria Simulator.

Glitchtrap Enemies

In the mobile port for VR, the minigame Princess Quest had two enemies styled to look like Glitchtrap. Both enemies were entirely black in color with their faces colored a neon green. One enemy was a floating rabbit head with shut eyes. When getting too close to it, it'd open one large eye and it's mouth as it chased you. The other enemy had a thin body with a large distorted head that would follow you around, attempting to attack you.

Chipper

In Cosmic Freeway, the player has a high chance of seeing a small space ship in the background. Said spaceship houses Chipper, his son Tyke and the Termite King. These three characters were the primary main characters of Chipper and Sons Lumber CO., one of Scott's old games and the predecessor to FNaF.

Afton (Scraptrap)

Afton, otherwise known as Scraptrap, was an antagonist in Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria Simulator. Scraptrap appears in Security Breach Fury's Rage as a background character. His placement may be a direct reference to Pizzeria Simulator's Rare Screens which show the various antagonists in an alleyway.

Contained Animatronics

In the fourth level of Fury's Rage, there are many animatronic parts and containers spread across the background. The most notable of the two however, are a container holding some sort of Freddy and a container holding a humanoid animatronic that looks identical to Eleanor from the Fazbear Frights books. Though this may just be an easter egg, it could mean the Fazbear Frights books are canon.

El Chip

El Chip is an animatronic Beaver made to rival Freddy Fazbear and reference Chipper, a character from one of Scott's older games. El Chip originally appeared in Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria Simulator. El Chip appears in FNaF VR as a brand-name for various food items that can be obtained as prizes. As well as this, he gains his own restaurant in Security Breach, with small decorations that look like him. His main appearance is in the form of a collectable piñata, as well as a larger version of the same piñata located in his restaurant within the Pizzaplex.

Glamrock Mr. Hippo

In one of the endings for Security Breach, Gregory is seen leaving with Glamrock Freddy. After the credits are finished, a newspaper appears showing that Freddy was replaced by Monty, and to fill the gap of Monty's roll, a Glamrock Mr. Hippo was constructed. He looks nearly identical to Glamrock Freddy, however has Mr. Hippo's head and flower, as well as a star on his leg and eye and a dot on his chest. He plays the triangle, despite being in a rock band.

Old Man

The Old Man is an NPC in Princess Quest 2 who gifts the Princess her sword known as the Sword of Light. He is colored in entirely reddish orange hues and is portrayed as a bearded man holding a staff and wearing a robe and crown, somewhat giving him the appearance of an elderly king. He reappears at the end of the game to congratulate the Princess on completing her quest.

The Old Man makes one final appearance in Princess Quest 4 in Help Wanted 2, in which he trades the player's Security Mask for a Glitchtrap plush.

Cassie's Father

When receiving the Faz-Wrench near the start of the RUIN DLC, Cassie mentions that it's the same one her father owns. Cassie's father is also brought up multiple times in descriptions for certain collectables. These descriptions reveal and suggest aspects of her father, such as him being a Fazbear Technician at the Pizzaplex, Bonnie being his favorite, and that he would collect old Freddy's lunchboxes. It is also suggested that Cassies father knew why Bonnie was replaced, but never told Cassie.

It is heavily speculated that the player character of Help Wanted 2 is Cassie's father, due to the usage of a Faz-Wrench and the character finding a Bonnie mask familiar, however this has not been confirmed.

The collectibles that mention Cassie's father are the following:

Item Image Item Description
AR Glam Bonnie Plush "Dad wouldn't tell me why they replaced Bonnie."
AR Chica Lunchbox "My dad used to collect these."
AR Bonnie Lunchbox "Bonnie was my dad's favorite."

Trash and the Gang

Trash and the Gang were a group of "animatronics" built from trash that debuted in Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria Simulator. Bucket Bob and No. 1 Crate, two members of the gang, make an appearance in Help Wanted 2 as winnable decorations for the Hub World. Bucket Bob is made up multiple wooden broom sticks tied together in the shape of a stick-figure. He wears two blue plaid oven mitts and a bucket with a smiley face sitting on the main stick as a makeshift head. No. 1 Crate is a small blue crate with googly eyes attached to the front of the crate, and two foam hands on sticks sticking out of the crate's sides.

They are unlocked after beating the Fazerblast: Western level, and sit in the corner of the Hub world to the left of the player, and to the right of Mystic Hippo.

Vendor Bots

Vendor Bots were unique purchasable animatronics and vendors that debuted in Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria Simulator. Four of these appear in Help Wanted 2, one of which being Candy Cadet with his design from RUIN, the rest of which being Lemonade Clown, Fruit Punch Clown, Gumball Swivelhands. They all return as decorations for the Hub World in Help Wanted 2, and are each unlocked after beating a Fizzy-Faz night; specifically nights 2-4, one for each.

Gumball Swivelhands

Gumball Swivelhands is a tall red gumball machine filled with multi-colored gumballs. The round glass container serves as it's head, in which it wears a small red and white propeller cap and has a large plastic smiley face with buck teeth on the front. It has two arms both positioned at 90 degree angles with small, round, white glove-like hands. It always has a single green gumball sitting on the slot that deposits them. Gumball Swivelhands after being unlocked can be found in the hub world behind the player and to the left of Mystic Hippo in the far corner of the room.

Lemonade Clown

Lemonade Clown is a rotund animatronic whose body stores and dispenses lemonade. He has orange clown hair with a small purple hat top hat with a white and yellow flower on top of it. His face is white with an orange nose, orange eyebrows, purple cheeks, purple eyelids, blue eyes, and large red lips around his mouth. His arms are purple and are constantly raised, with his white hands in the air. His lower body is decorated to resemble purple and orange stripped pants with a red button, and he is seen wearing large red clown shoes. Finally, his body is filled with lemonade in a glass container, with a blue tap that has a purple valve sticking out of his stomach area. After being unlocked, Lemonade Clown can be found to the right of the player directly next to the Cupcake Bonanza machine.

Fruit Punch Clown

Fruit Punch Clown is near identicle to Lemonade clown, albeit with a different color palette and pink fruit punch instead of yellow lemonade. Fruit Punch Clown's hair is red with an orange top-hat that has a white and red flower. His clown makeup holds more variety than Lemonade Clown's, with his lips being pink, his nose being red, his cheeks being orange, his eyebrows being blue and his eyelids remaining purple. His eyes are colored green, and his orange arms, despite originally being the inverse of Lemonade Clown, are now held in the same position as his. Finally, Fruit Punch Clown's paints are red and purple, and the tap on his stomach is yellow. After being unlocked, Fruit Punch Clown can be found directly behind the player near the kitchen area.

Edwin Murray Sr.

Edwin Murray Sr. is the father of Edwin Murray and the former owner of Murray Co. and Murray's Costume Manor. Not much is known about Edwin Sr. before his passing, though Edwin implies his father had been extremely wary of Fazbear Entertainment and warned his son about partnering with them. After his passing, Edwin Sr. would bequeath his company to his son, much to his son's surprise.

While never stated directly in-game, Edwin Murray Sr.'s name is revealed through the file name of his in-game portrait.

Recovery Team 12

Recovery Team 12 is an extraction team sent by Fazbear Entertainment to retrieve the Mimic and its schematics from the abandoned Murray's Costume Manor. Unfortunately, every single member of the extraction team met their demise at the hands of the Mimic, with most being stuffed into mascot suits found in various places. Only a few members were not stuffed into suits, with one being buried underneath fallen shelves, one being hidden in a pile of various suits, and the other having only a mascot suit head and being stuffed in a locker. The team member corpse found in the locker acts as a soft-jumpscare to the player, as it's only encounterable if the player attempts to open the locker.

They all wear the same outfit, being a blue denim jumpsuit, a green jacket, yellow leather gloves and dark gray work boots. Their corpse models were initially mistaken by many to be a full version of the player character Arnold's model, though they appear slightly different, with white bands that read "RECOVERY TEAM 012" along the upper arms of their green jackets, and dirt and dust all over their bodies showing just how long their corpses have been hidden in the location.

Henry Emily

Henry Emily is the co-founder of Fazbear Entertainment alongside WIlliam Afton.

Trolley Time

Trolley Time is a large elevator ride found within MCM's main warehouse. The ride, as the name suggests, is based on a trolley cart, and is attached to a tall clock tower. The trolley is painted a bright, dull green with yellow trims and orange & yellow patterns reminiscent of the wallpaper that can be found in certain areas of MCM. The wheels of the trolley are a black plastic-like material with gold wheel caps. On the left side of the trolley is a small yellow headlight, and on the right side of the trolley is a drop-down door to let people off when it raises to the next floor. On the front of Trolley Time is the main door featuring a cartoonish face with brown eyelids, a cheeky smile and a big nose, and the door leads into the trolley's metal seating area with brown seats and a small metal oil lamp sitting on the floor.

The clock tower Trolley Time is attached to is a tall rectangular structure with a large white clock at the top. The clock's hands are decorated to look like cartoon gloved hands pointing at the numbers, and behind the clock is a large yellow cutout with lightbulbs adorning it. The sides of the structure are decorated with yellow light bulbs, and the lower part of the structure sees the same orange and yellow patterns as on Trolley Time. Trolley Time is connected to this tower via orange mechanical frame attached to the back underside of Trolley Time.

Within the game, Trolley Time is used as an elevator to get to the upper level of the warehouse, allowing the player to access the hidden Ball Toss game with Mr. Helpful.

Unicorn Head

Found within Edwin's Office and the Inventor's House sits an animatronic Unicorn head mounted on the wall. The Unicorn head has pale brownish-white fur, dark magenta eyelids, a dark brown snout, brown mane, and a yellow scratched-up unicorn horn. Its mouth hands open with dark salmon-colored gums and square yellow teeth on display. Normally, it has bright blue eyes, however the one that appears in Edwin's office has its eyes rolled back, resulting in them being pure white. Around the Unicorn's lips and the base of its neck is dark staining, and the base of its neck is attached to a wooden board. In MCM's tunnels and the Inventor's House, the Unicorn's broken up endoskeleton can be found, missing its horn, having a crooked jaw, and holding holes in its eyes.

The Unicorn technically holds two unused variations, as the textures for its fur and horn are separate, yet have their own variations of each other. The first of the unused variants is the Unicorn with bright white fur, and two blue stars on the right side of its neck. The second of the unused variants has a light brown, seemingly unpainted unicorn horn instead of the scratched-up yellow version.

This animatronic appears to be a reference to Stanley, Charolette Emily's unicorn toy from the Five Nights at Freddy's Novel trilogy, with the purple eyelids, white fur, yellow horn and stained lips all matching Stanley, though there are no indicators within the game or its files to confirm this.

Cutout Characters

Throughout Murray's Costume Manor, a small handful of mascots exclusive to wooden cutouts can be found. The most notable of which are Carter Caterpillar, and the Astronaut Monkey, who were originally intended to be mascot suits worn by the Mimic, but were ultimately cut in favor of other characters. Carter Caterpillar appears as a large green caterpillar with red spots, dark red eyes, and a depressed expression. Carter's cutout appears with him standing in front of a leaf with a large logo reading his name, and can occasionally appear as a distraction cutout. The Astronaut Monkey appears as a large brown monkey with a chubby body, a short tail, and a wide open smile. He wears a gray, alien-like astronaut helmet with a large gray and red rocket strapped to his back as a makeshift jetpack. His cutout appears with him on a moon or asteroid in deep space, with large white stars and a yellow planetoid in the background. it can also appear as a distraction cutout.

Other cutout exclusive characters include Dance Poodle, a dark blueish-black poodle character with purple makeup and tiger-stripe patterned purple pants and a disco theme, or the strange Hospital Patient found in the Doll Hospital, which is an amalgamation of the face of one of the Welcome Show Flower cutouts, and an inverted cutout of the Jester mascot. The final cutout exclusive character is that of a cartoon Snail, who has spring eyes and was originally intended to appear in the Welcome Show.
